1. Scope
These terms apply to all listings on greatbusinessdirectory.com, operated by Biteno GmbH, Stuttgart, Germany (“we”). Our services are offered exclusively to businesses, not to consumers.
2. Listings
You may only list a business you own or are authorized to represent. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing and for the content of the website you link to. We may reject, edit or remove listings that are false, misleading, unlawful, offensive or that link to harmful websites, without refund in the case of a violation.
3. Plans
- Free: a basic listing with a nofollow link. A free listing stays online only while your website’s home page links to greatbusinessdirectory.com. We check this automatically. If the link is missing, we notify you and take the listing offline after 14 days; it returns automatically once the link is back.
- Standard (USD 49 per year) and Featured (USD 149 per year): no link back required; your website link is a dofollow link. Featured listings are additionally highlighted. Prices are net; VAT is added where applicable.
We do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic or number of inquiries. Search engines decide independently how they treat links.
4. Payment, renewal and cancellation
Paid plans are billed yearly in advance via Stripe and renew automatically for another year unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time in your account; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current year. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where required by law.
5. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract and in any case to the fees paid in the last twelve months.
6. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart, Germany.
